Let it Go!

Oh my lovely girl. You have gone from requesting "Frosty the Snowman" and "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" (on repeat) for months to requesting the soundtrack for "Frozen" on a daily basis. It's actually been kind of sweet (even if this week alone we watched the move three times in as many days). What is especially awesome is that you will often refer to yourself as "Queen Elsa" and I (Mommy) gets to sing for Princess Anna - including a duet with you :)

Early last week, Zia Seb and Nonno came over for a bit before bedtime and you asked Mommy to put on the "Let it Go" song and you acted out your part - complete with foot stomp to make your ice castle. It is amazing how you have made those connections. I can't  wait to see how creative you become and hope you keep that curiosity and wonder.

One thing I wish you would "let go" is getting upset when your brother chooses to play with your toys. He is only little and he just wants to play with you. Hopefully as you both grow older that will change and you will want to spend more time with him as your playmate and not just your admirer.
